With over 15 years of executive level experience to solve business problems by designing, developing and implementing computer programs on mini and micro computers. Expert at designing and developing user-centric, database-driven network applications, using the appropriate programming language/tool depending on project requirements and client requests.
Among his accomplishments are management of all the operations of an ISP (Internet Service Provider)/Web Integrator with operations in California, Japan and India., manage multiple network and system integration software projects with development resources spanning offices in USA, India and Japan.

Director of Business Development, Public Sector (India)
Mr. Padte is responsible for leading sales, business development, and strategic alliances within the public sector. He has over 20 years experience in managing and growing successful business relationships with state, local and central government. Mr. Padte has extensive knowledge of the procurement processes and account management in public sector.
