| Job Description: |
- Optimize current business process software such as Code Enforcement & Inspection Management System, Complaint Management, and Billing System.
- Analyze and develop specifications for bridge design to determine feasibility, cost, and time required for compatibility with current systems, and computer capabilities.
- Create new compatible software components using Unified Modeling Language.
- Design, develop and maintain databases and user interface screen display to accomplish goals of user requests.
- Write program in Cold Fusion, Visual Basic.Net, C#, SQL Server, T-SQL, Crystal Reports, XML and Java Script.
- Read technical reports to learn ways to develop programs using structured analysis and design.
- Responsible for installation, administration, and maintainence of SQL Servers, IIS Web Servers and Crystal reporting Web Servers.

| Skills/Minimum Qualifications: |
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a concentration in Computer Engineering or Computer Science & Engineering. Five years progressive experience required.
